A queen comforter is very popular, it is often chosen over all other sizes, making it the favorite size- here are some of the reasons.

1) Queen comforters work great in the master bedroom. Master bedrooms have more room than standard bedrooms, generally speaking. Although, some have narrow sections for the bed which does not allow for a king size bed. In comes the queen size bed to the rescue. The queen size bed is considered just as luxurious as the king but it does not over power your room. A queen bedding set can be the focal point to creating your master bedroom haven. Just consider your style and color scheme and you will have the retreat of your dreams.

2) Your family room is a great place for a futon or hide-a-bed, or both. A queen comforter will work nicely in either instance, because the size just fits well enough to allow an overlap of cover. This makes sleeping, for more than one person, a comfortable experience. The mattress on the futon or hide-a-bed may not be the thickness you would prefer. Consider using a memory foam mattress topper on the mattress to bring home the full comfort of your bed. You can top it off with a stylish queen comforter and, it will look and feel like home to your guests.

3) Studios sometimes double as a makeshift bedroom. You may have a pull down wall bed there that is used for overnight guests. An extra queen comforter can make your bed come alive with style and color, yet blend with the decor of the room. Your style will shine as the queen comforter sets the mood for a good night’s sleep. Add a night table and a best- selling book, and your guest will feel right at home.

4) You may have a garage apartment on your estate. This is an ideal way to utilize the queen comforter. Whether it is your grandma’s old roll-a-way bed or a precious, antique, family heirloom, brass headboard, attached to that great new mattress and box springs you purchased, a queen comforter will be the right touch. Style is extremely important in this instance. You can find new comforters that look like antiques ones, and use your heirloom quilts for wall hangings.
